Welcome to health care magic.

1.Follicular study is tone to check the ovulation process at the day 12 of cycle, dominant follicle is measured and followed it rupture with evidence of free fluid.
2.Average follicle size required is 13-17mm, but in your case dominant follicle not seen.
3.Bilateral ovaries are bulky with multiple follicles peripherally arranged - which are features of PCOD - poly cystic ovarian disease.
4.PCOD causes - irregular cycles, weight gain, facial hair, difficulty in conceiving. Treatment include hormonal treatment, that will help.
5.Uterus is anteverted which is normal variation of the lie in relation to the urinary bladder..
6.Check your hormonal status and get treated accordingly, that will help. Good luck.

Hope i have answered your query.
